With a BA Hons in Philosophy and English Literature, Liz teamed up with the Art Director Dave Shelton and joined Howell Henry Chaldecott Lury, in the agency’s first year. Over the next 8 years they wrote the Mercury Communications “Cholmondeley Warner” campaign, re-framed the AA as The Fourth Emergency Service and created the “does exactly what it says on the tin” campaign for Ronseal
In 1995 they founded the HHCL Brasserie, writing and directing over 150 commercials.
After creating the “artery clogging” anti-smoking campaign for the British Heart Foundation, which won more awards in the UK than any other campaign, LIz joined JWT as Creative Director. She worked on accounts like Kitkat, Calpol, Shell Global and the launch of HSBC Premier.
She has just co-founded Bordello, with the aim of creating two new Superbrands a year.
LIz has won over 20 awards at all the major festivals, including two Golds, two silvers and a Bronze Cannes Lion, two Golds and three silvers at BTA and four IPA Effectiveness Awards – the Grand Prix and two Golds.
